Soulja Boy was arrested on Thursday after a Los Angeles judged ruled he had committed multiple probation violations. This happened following February’s raid on the rapper’s San Fernando Valley home, where he was suspected of tying down his ex-girlfriend. The police performed a search warrant at his house, where they found ammunition during the search. The discovery resulted in Soulja’s arrest, as he was on probation for a firearms-related case.
Soulja was arrested after the search warrent in March, but was released on the same day. He immediately hopped on Instagram to brag about his “comeback” as well as tagging himself as the hottest rapper in the game.
“Yeah, I’m out… I just got out of jail right now,” he said in the video. “Tell you, this sh*t ain’t going to stop… I had the biggest comeback of 2018 and they try to lock me up, they try to hate on me… I’m the hottest rapper in the game.“
Now he has been re-arrested and will be held without bail until his April 30 court hearing, TMZ reports.
The “Malibu” rapper may need up to one month before he could brag about his release this time around.
