On Wednesday morning QNobs.com 24/7 News reports the news: Zlatan Ibile and others have been set free from EFCC custody. In that article we stated that Naira Marley is still behind bars and will be charged to court very soon after
discovering hard evidence in his laptop.
Now, we have gathered words of EFCC spokeperson Tony Orilade, who said Naira Marley is still in their custody because charges against him is huge and can’t be dismissed.
“There is overwhelming evidence against Naira Marley, so we can’t afford to release him on administrative bail like Zlatan and the three others,” he told Premium Times.
“That Zlatan has been released does not mean they have been discharged and acquitted. Naira Marley is still in our custody and will be charged to court soon and we will make the charges known in an official statement soon.”
Zlatan and three others were temporarily released and are to report to EFCC office everyday for further questioning.
