Sporting Lisbon are to report West Ham to FIFA for an illegal approaches made to William Carvalho.

Sporting’s communication director Nuno Saraiva has labelled West Ham co-owner David Sullivan a “liar” and “Parasite” after he claimed that the Hammers have made a legal action to their player.

Sport Nobs understands on Wednesday two emails appearing to show Sullivan offerioffering just under £23million for Carvalho, before making a follow-up bid that included a 10 per-cent sell-on clause and additional add-ons based on Hammers qualifying for the Champions League.

West Ham wanted to sign the Portugal player during the summer.

And Sullivan also claimed that the offers were turn down last week before Spirtings got back in tourch with the English club on the Deadline day and indicated they’re willing to made another bid, but there was not enough time.

However, Saraiva has previously posted on Facebook that “No proposal arrived for the player William Carvalho. Mr Sullivan has a duty to prove what he says.

“For this reason, Sporting Clubs de Portugal challenge him to publicly show the proposals he says have been made, as well the evidence Sporting CP has received them.”
